  • Didn't even make it in since the office waited until 2 hours before my appointment to call and say they needed to cancel it. I explained that I had already taken a day off work just for this appointment. The person who I was speaking with didn't seem to care then lied by saying she left me a voicemail two days earlier to let me know about a $150 additional office visit fee that my insurance didn't cover, which is completely false. Never received any voicemails from their office. Wasted a PTO day from work for nothing. Very bad and dishonest customer service and staff.
