  • Thanks to Katie and Josh, they made my Monday night! It's fun being in the other end this time around. When I used to work in retail, I was always providing the customer service, so it felt really nice being served well. Katie is such a likable individual, full of joy and excitement. A bright future awaits her. I just really appreciated their team work and their excellent interpersonal communication skills. I had such a fun time and would definitely come back. Thanks for the treats (They would know what I'm talking about) and the exceptional service. We all made each other's days, that's for sure. Good customer service = happy customer = happy employee = happy world! If you want to be served right... I highly recommend this location. David's Tea has shown a consistent flow of service since I've started buying from them. Best of all... I got a cup of free green fruity tea!
