I love this studio. My favorite classes are cardio reformer and TRX. Christina and Melissa Matthews are excellent instructors, they are easy to follow, keep the energy level up and make the classes a good workout for all levels. I started Pilates because of knee pain from years of running. Pilates workouts are challenging, but less stress on the body. Studio Verve Pilates is a clean, modern studio with great equipment and excellent staff.
