  • The "suites" are small enclosed spaces with three or more small dogs sharing one. It reminds of the animal shelter, but worse! There is no air flow and extremely loud from all the dogs barking. There is not enough room for the dogs to run around in, and they don't get any outdoor play time, or one-on-one attention from the staff. As I walked past the other kennels I noticed that none of them had water! I gave it two stars because the staff was friendly, there was no visible pee/poo in the kennels, and prices are reasonable. I don't know why this place has received such good reviews. I won't be taking my dog back to this place.
