I was sorely disappointed with my experience here today. If you are shopping for a new vehicle, PLEASE be aware that the quoted prices on the website are NOWHERE NEAR what they quote you when you arrive at the dealership to purchase! The salesman, Kenny, was great, but the assistant manager who came out was a condescending jerk. He quoted me a price $6000 more than what was listed on the website, offering some ridiculous song and dance about how they are "required" to list the price including all the discounts available (for all of which no ONE consumer could ever possibly qualify!) to avoid discrimination lawsuits. I nearly laughed in his face. How about list the price online without ANY of the discounts then?!
I may be a woman, but I know how to buy a vehicle. I am well-educated, have negotiated new car purchases several times before, and knew as much about the vehicle in question as they did. My husband and I would have qualified for many of the available discounts, and they still couldn't get close to the online quoted price. I told them at the beginning that financing would not be an issue and that I was also considering a simple cash purchase. I was prepared to drive the vehicle home today. They are going to go out of business if they continue utilizing these business practices.
