  • This was the worst car wash experience ever.   We ended up getting scratches on our car after we went through the automatic car wash.  There is no option to give no stars because if there was I would have.   We went through their automatic wash and when we came out to inspect our car there were scratches on our hood and the side of the car.  When we went to talk to the manager, he got defensive and said it couldn't have been the car wash, when clearly the scratches matched motion of the brushes.  He went on to add insult to injury by saying "we are in the business of washing cars not scratching cars" even before he looked at my car. Not only did he not apologize at all, he then went to say it couldn't have been them and they never get complaints. I had just purchased my car, it didn't even have plates yet, and he is going to try and say it wasn't their fault? He offered to buff it but honestly, how would it have fixed it? The scratches were dented with white marks on my hood already. The employees, who looked at my carl, kept trying to brush it off too like it's not possible and were trying to minimize the damage. I was even more offended. I would not recommended anyone to go here, save your money and run..
