  • I am getting married in another country and needed to take measurements to send to my tailor there. I went to 2 other tailors to ask if they could take my measurements and they all refused even after I offered to pay. In fact one them was very rude. Finally I went to Alterations Express. They not only took all my measurements but were so patient and gracious. I went there again to get measurements that I hadn't got the first time after talking to my tailor. I appreciate the customer service and the fact that they were so nice to me after all the rude customer experience from other tailors. Thank you so much guys!
