  • I purchased a couch in may from the store. The services people were very nice BUT told me delivery would only be 2-4 weeks (which is the ONLY reason I purchased this couch) and on the 4th week I called to see what the status was for them to tell me they had zero update! VERY frustrating! I called back again and the lady told me it would be maybe July. With no willing to compensate me with at least free delivery, I canceled my order. Very disappointing. I will not be shopping here again.
