  • Not a very good service company. Called to ask about a key and fob to be made, they asked the make quoted a price and then they abruptly hung up. I can see why they are so low rated. UPDATE: So the responded to my initial review, and said that they would investigate the matter as a point of its "policy". Then in in BOLD Capital letters they state they "investigated" and did nothing wrong. Hanging up the phone on a customer that is calling to give them business is wrong. They NEVER called me back, or contacted me through YELP as other businesses have. I think they lied. I stand by my review. Poor service, poor management, poor practices.
