  • Polly is THE BEST, you guys! She really is - her customer service skills are beyond excellent and her employees truly follow suit. I have been to Goodyear for oil changes & new tires and every time I have a positive experience. They don't over-charge and they explain every piece of what they did so that there's no confusion on the total cost of your repairs. I purchased 4 new tires back in Nov. 2014 during one of their fall sales and I received an incredible deal. They even stayed late to repair my frozen suspension. I will be back. Don't hesitate to consider them for your automotive needs.
