  • Note the 1 star was only given to post this review. Terrible customer service. There were 2 people ahead of me in line and the store was not busy. Two people were working behind the counter and I waited 25 minutes for an order of a black milk tea which was made incorrectly. I couldn't deal with the headache of waiting again so I left the store with $5 less and a bubble tea I didn't enjoy.
