  • We had a delightful brunch before we decide to stop by the comfortable lounge. Shadows offers a great atmosphere with a good cigar selection. However the bartender working during the day on our visit ruined our experience. Refused to speak rolled his eyes and seemed put out when we asked "Nicholas" to open the cigar case. Unbelievably cold and rude, it was like he was trying not to speak. Everything else at the casino/hotel was great. But Nicholas needs to treat a customer as guest not a burden.
