I've been here a couple times so far and have loved it every time. The restaurant itself is huge, trendy, and inviting. Very comfortable. There's also a glass wall where you can see the brewery in action while you eat and drink. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Let's talk about the beer. I have had quite a few of their beers and have loved them all. The most memorable for me were Dzl (IPA) and Cross Pollen Nation (stout). The Duke of Ted (ESB) is also worth mentioning.
The food has always been pretty awesome here, too. They have a "Farm to Fork" menu which showcases local meats and produce including grass-fed beef that is also partially fed with Heist's spent grains. The only downside, we ordered from the tapas-style menu the last time we were there and the portions were smaller than explained by the waiter. It is quite understandable as it was tapas, but next time we will order more options to share.
Come try a flight and some appetizers. You'll love this place.
