  • TERRIBLE AFTER-SERVICE CARE...BEWARE!!!! Of 5 estimates, this company was by far the most expensive. But I chose them. And I spent nearly $20K on two backyards - and the initial install was near-perfect. Truly. However, like many others, my grass melted because of the reflection from the windows. For weeks I could not get Donald to come over and look at it. When he finally came, Donald seemed perplexed and told me that he had only experienced this twice in his entire career. (The company I eventually hired to cover the windows told me they deal with this all the time.) That doesn't match up - I would expect a better assessment from a company installing synthetic turf in an area where (come to find out) this is a re-occurring issue. Regardless of whether he should have known....Donald knows now. And more than 8 months later (dozens of emails and phone calls later) I'm still waiting for Donald to find a way to get me on the schedule for a "complimentary install". By complimentary, I believe he is referring to "warranty service" which was guaranteed by the turf manufacturer. Buyer Beware: High quality with a high price. Just hope it all goes well. Donald will talk your ear off about a bunch of nothing until you unfortunately have something to really talk about - and then you will get nothing but the voicemail.
