Something is rotten in North Olmsted! A dear friend recommended that I switch to Sprint because she has been a Sprint customer for over a decade and had excellent service. So, while negotiating my monthly costs and plan, the Sprint clerk on the phone (he was probably in india) offered me a free iPhone! But, the phone did not work when it arrived and I charged it. I called customer service and they told me to go to the North Olmsted Sprint store for a replacement phone. I went. I asked for a replacement phone. The salesmen said 'sure no problem," and an hour later I walked out with a brand new iPhone. I thought everything was wonderful! Come to find out, however, what the salesmen had really done was LEASED me the phone without my knowledge AND attached an insurance plan for $13 a month, also without my knowledge. I only learned of this the next day because I received emails with confusing receipts.
AND today I received a different email receipt for ANOTHER lease but from a former address in a different state! I wasn't even in the store today! So I just want to warn all potential customers about the dishonest transactions from within the North Olmsted Sprint store. BEWARE! This has been very time-consuming and stressful. Simply ridiculous!
