  • Had an overflow pan issue and realized it when a water spot appeared on my son's bedroom ceiling. Not good. I did my best on my own but wasn't sure I had truly fixed the issue. Called Carlos on a recommendation and explained the situation and asked him to come check it out. He confirmed that indeed I had taken care of the problem, gave me a few tips as well. Had him check both A/C units while he was here and he confirmed that they're both in good shape for summer. No pressure, no upsell just honest and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
