| - This is one of those 6 or 8 star reviews . . . I seriously think this is the best breakfast/brunch dining experience I've ever had. The wait on a Saturday AM for two was supposed to be about 45 minutes according to the server, but it was more like 25, as we arrived just after the breakfast rush. We had time to have a champagne mint cocktail - the Champagne Supernova - for him, and a bloody mary for her.
I've got to mention the music here - this was better club music than Tao nightclub the night before, I'm not even joking. What better way to wake up in Vegas than to get some coffee then head on out here and let the generous portions and great dance music give you energy for the day.
And generous portions they were, although I had the sundried tomato, feta, spinach, and basil scramble with crispy fried potatoes, buttermilk biscuit, and watermelon, which was one of their smallest dishes. The scramble was done just right, just an amazing blend of flavors. Potatoes were done just right, and the rosemary sprig in the biscuit gave it just the right hint of rosemary without it being overwhelming in every bite.
They have a mister and a fan for the outdoor seating so you can either cool off or have your own wet t-shirt contest outside, depending on your particular level of inhibition at the time . . . .
I could go on about this place, but it's made it to the top of my breakfast pantheon. A MUST visit if you're in Vegas. THANK YOU, fellow Yelpers, and the Man v. Food episode on them, for inspiring us to go there. Did I mention the prices are very reasonable, especially for the quantity of food? I might never eat breakfast out in the Bay Area again, save my $ for a trip to Vegas, and spend it on airfare and brunch here. It's that good. Bay Area breakfast places, visit and take note of the food, the vibe, everything.
