I would normally give this place at least 4 stars but the other day i came in with my grandmother and my mother. We walked up to the cashier and put all of our stuff on the counter and the cashier looked at me and said "take the hangers off of your clothes " ummmmm ok usually i take the hangers because my daughters hang all of their clothing. I thought it was rude so i looked at my mom and laughed. The cashier snaps "it's on the sign " mind you i don't see a sign anywhere stating that the customer is obligated to remove the hangers. She continues ringing us up, she filled one bag and says "here, take it" to my mother. Strike 2 for this lady. Then she realizes she never put her # into the register and tells my mom "give that back, your not getting it for free!!" Strike 3. My mom's gives her back the bag and she re rings everything again. Then she makes another mistake and proceeds to void the entire transaction instead of just deleting the last item. So here we are again ringing everything up, tossing the bags again at my mom. Finally, i am about to pay and she says "there was no way you were getting all this for free " no shit!!! I didn't expect it to be!! They need to seriously train that employee in customer service. The only reason i don't say fire that awful person is because she is my elder so out of respect PLEASE PLEASE train her or next time i might snap back at her!!
