  • WTF? Their site SUCKS! And their phone "Customer Service" needs to be OVERHAULED! It's suppose to make service "easier" HOW? It takes an hour to get a "LIve" person! Want it to be easier? PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE when it rings! THAT'S what "Customer Service" means! LOOK IT UP!! FAIL!!
