  • My sweet boy, 13 yr. old Chuy, was experiencing severe kidney failure yesterday. I took him in, and the entire staff was attentive, intuitive, compassionate and professional. Dr. Heather Sanchez took superb care in diagnosing Chuy, and helping me make the agonizing decision that faces too many pet owners. When they handled Chuy, they were gentle and caring, from the examination through the blood work, and finally taking him from me after he passed in my arms. The staff, two in particular, were so kind to me. Kellen took care of all the paperwork, but took care of my needs. She took me to a private room to say goodbye, where I wouldn't be disturbed. Dee took Chuy to be prepped, and brought him back to me wrapped in a warm blanket. All in all, I would be amiss if I didn't say this facility and staff are the best, anywhere. Dr. Sanchez is probably the most compassionate physician I've had the heartbreaking pleasure to attend to my pets, and me. I would highly, highly recommend this clinic. All of my animals are seen here, and have been since 2007.
