  • The doctor is nice but I can NEVER get a hold of anyone at this place. It's very frustrating. I called an asked for my rx to be faxed today and was put on hold for nearly 10 mins until they eventually answered the phone and hung up on me. I called back and was told they would fax it since I was at the store waiting for it. It's been 40 mins since I was promised a fax and there is no fax and I called 3 times and keep getting the answering machine. I love the doctor but the customer service sucks.
