  • I give Elevation on Central three stars strictly based on location and the floor plan of my apartment. Where this place fails is in quality and upkeep. I regrettably chose a first floor unit. The sound from the people above me is horrible and every time someone flushes a toilet it sounds like the building is going to come down around me. The property was sold a few months ago and it definitely is not the same. The former management staff was great and seemed to care more about the property. The carpets in the hallways are filthy from the trash pickup, the landscaping is looking pretty bad. For a high dollar "luxury" apartment community I am not impressed. Lease is almost up... no plans to renew.
