One of the worst costumer service representatives. Very rude and unprofessional to deal With. The customers trust the sales reps to inform them about any unknown service charges that you might incur before signing the agreement. This is used against the customer for levied charges later on.
All other car rentals I've dealt with so far have always billed me the details and receipts of toll charges in Toronto which I've paid in full online past the rental rates.
I see a service charge of $30 in addition to my toll charges of $13 on my credit card two months later receiving explanation on communication following a week after with their service charge of $ 30 which doesn't make any sense.
On calling them, they pour down the blame on me for not reading the agreement on signing it.
Even the cars have dents in them which later I was blamed for during drop off.
Very unprofessional!
