The worst veterinary establishment I've ever been to. I have been a Banfield customer for the last 4 years, and called several times looking for an appointment for a small cut/abrasion my dog has. Every time I received an answer that the next appointment available is at least 10 days out. I was advised that I could come in as a walk in for the last 3 hour window they are open, so I showed up when walk ins started. I tried to "check in" but no one working there would take my pets name or even cared as to why I was there. We were just instructed to sit and wait. Being the only walk in there and over two hours later with closing time approaching, it became evident that I wasn't going to be seen. I had to repeatedly ask staff what their appointment book looked like until someone told me they still had several more pets to see in the last half hour. A complete waste of time.
If you need to make an appoint for an condition your pet has, you shouldn't have wait 10 days to be seen. I understand a delay in appointments for routine vaccinations, check-ups, etc., but you shouldn't be forced to go to an animal hospital for treatment in non-emergency situations. The staff there was completely indifferent to what was wrong with my pet and had no respect for my time.
