Loved my burger. They use a technique called coal fired and it leaves you with a delitctably charred juicy burger. My husband commented on the huge knife at our place setting wondering why in the world we would need something so big. Now I know. The burger is huge. There's no way to fit it in your mouth without cutting it in half. We both ordered the Italian burger which comes with whole roasted garlic cloves, roasted tomato, pulled mozzarella, charred onions fresh basil and arugula and a tomato pesto on a toasted multi grain bun. Perfect. Mouth watering. And a great selection of beers. It's not a fancy place. It's a bar with amazing burgers.
