  • I wrote a rave review for this in 2009 but since then I have had many bad experiences. I will not go here for lunch anymore - the service is inexplicably slow and unfriendly, and it has caused embarrassment when I bring work lunch meetings here. They charge for every soda refill but do not tell you until you get the bill. On the other hand, their breakfasts are very reasonably priced and delicious. So my new policy is to only go here before 11 am.
