Saw Toby Keith there on 12/9/16 and Luke Bryan on 12/30/16. The concerts of course were great! The sound and light show were very good as well. I was worried that parking would be a problem with so many people attending, but their parking garage is huge! It even has a red/green light above each spot, indicating occupied or not so you can look down a row and see if there are any spots. As if that weren't enough, they also have indicators at the end of each row, telling you HOW MANY open spots there are in each direction. Very efficient. The police always help get the traffic flowing well too.
The problem is that on 12/29/16 (right before the concert AND New Year's Eve) they decided to start charging locals for parking. This made getting OUT of the garage a NIGHTMARE!!! First, they only have TWO locations where you can pay and they are both on the ground floor. You CANNOT pay as you exit, so if someone forgot it blocks an exit lane for a while. Each pay location has only FOUR kiosks. The lines were horrendous when the Luke Bryan concert let out and got WORSE when first one and then a second one of the kiosks stopped working! Apparently, they think a little extra money is more important than showing some appreciation for being a local. If this is how they treat locals, then I, for one, will NOT be back.
