Called JMAC to get an estimate on replacing our out of warranty Trane. Matt came out and discussed system options.. then left with the plan that he was going to get back to me within about 2 days with a couple price quotes. After 2 days I sent a follow up email. No response. After 4 days I called and got some technical on the phone that said he would pass along my message to Matt. No call back. On day 6 I called again.. got a different tech. I explained that this was my 3rd attempt to get a call back.. do he said he would pass along my message. You already guessed... No response.
Today I wrote a big check to a different guy for a nice Amana 16 Seer 2 Stage system and a bunch of duct modifications...
Sorry Matt.. I really wanted to hear from you.
It must be nice to be so busy that you can completely ignore a 5 figure cash customer.
Lucky for me they turned into a ghost BEFORE I paid them for a new system.. not after! Good luck to you if you call these guys.
