  • Overall my living experience here at this complex was pleasant. The complex was well kept and overall clean, the staff was friendly. Location-wise it is in a nice area very close to the strip, yet far enough away. My horror didn't happen until after I left. I signed a lease and my wife got a job offer from her old employer in CA. I had like 5 months left on my lease. Copper Creek encouraged me to pay the entire 5 months, and they would refund me the difference once the apartment was rented out. The apartment was rented out about 2 weeks later and they DID NOT want to REFUND me my money. I had to fight them over and over and over and over again. They kept giving me excuses and sending me statements that didn't match up. I should have received back 5 months worth of rent minus 2 weeks. They only refunded me about 2 months worth of rent. Management here is extremely dishonest.
