Walked in about 10 minutes before my appointment and was told by Erin that she was running 45 minutes behind... I said "ok, no thanks"... no "i apologize" or no "lets please reschedule" she was kind of rude. Makes me wonder why they bother to ask for a phone number when you call to make the appointment, a courtesy call would have been nice. Guess they don't need any more customer service...
