  • First, It's very hard to get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment. It's even more difficult to get a return phone call for a prescription refill. To top it off, I feel like the doctor gives a one size fits all treatment/ diagnosis. My daughter has been on Miralax for well over a year and no results. Never once has he discussed possible side effects or other options. I feel totally left out of the loop unless I ask, and I don't really know what to ask since this isn't my field of expertise.
