Although i was very frustrated that the wrong dryer showed up at my house for delivery, the customer service from Conn's really turned the whole situation around. Normally when the product changes you have to come in and resign a contract. Due to the circumstances, my sales rep. Leo Sanchez actually made the effort to bring the contract to me to have me resign. It was something he did not have to do and it was way above and beyond! It made the original problem non-existent and I will be getting the correct product the next day =) Great customer service!
