  • My daughter and son-in-law scheduled their rehearsal dinner for a Friday evening on the outside patio. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and there was no way that they could have an outside dinner. I received a call three hours before the schedued dinner time and was offered anything I needed to make this dinner possible. In less than two and one-half hours workers were at my house delivering more food than what was needed. They set everything up and had the buffet looking like it was at a catering hall. They took care of every detail and even offered to bring tables and chairs if needed. When the bridal party and out of town guests arrived from the rehearsal they were able to enjoy a meal that was both beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. Everyone was amazed at the job that Tia Rosa did and people were thrilled with the quantity and quality of the food delivered. I cannot thank them enough for the fantastic food and service.
