| - My experience at 4D Nails was the most horrible experience ever! Keep in mind that I rarely pamper myself because I work and attend school on a full-time basis, so if I make time and spring quite a few bucks on pampering myself then I hope it's for a good experience. For starters, the nail tech's finger began to BLEED during my pedicure, and she did not even bother to change her gloves. I really wanted to tell her to put on a new set of gloves, but I panicked and was speechless. She then gave me a manicure that caused me to BLEED -- a lot!!! To top things off, she blamed me for having "dry cuticles"; however, she did not take the blame for pressing deeply into my cuticles with the cuticle trimmer. She did not have on gloves while I was bleeding and she kept touching, polishing, and attempting to sanitize my open wounds. It seemed like she hated her job, or hated me even though it was my first visit. I was quiet, yet respectful and cordial the entire time. I did not complain like I should have. The experience seemed surreal. As soon as I arrived home, I soaked my hands and feet in bleach water for over 30 minutes hoping and praying that I did not acquire an infection from her blood or my open wounds. Fast forward 3 days later, my middle finger and thumb are indeed infected. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT give this business your time and money.
