  • My first home, my first experience with a restoration. I believe this company is completely unprofessional and would never recommend them to anyone. I gave 1 Star, well because I had to but also for the foreman who's name is Jay. He was the only one who treated me with any respect at all. Communication was awful, the workers were unkind, unprofessional and half ass. I won't get into all of the details but I will leave pictures of the finished project. You can see the awful paint job, and unfinished parts of my kitchen. This is how they left my kitchen. Looks like my 5 year old painted. They left a huge gap between the countertops that are unfinished and the drywall behind destroyed, did not put back the vent plate or the light switches. Old paint shows through every aspect of my kitchen walls. One of the employees came to my home and asked me to pay for his mistake in the bidding, unbelievable!!! The painter would smoke in my driveway, throw his cigarette butts in my yard and come in my home smelling the entire kitchen up like an ashtray --- nasty!!! My floors were not protected until I sent an email and asked them to put down some paper. Who does that or should I say who doesn't do that?? This company is a joke. It was a horrible experience and the results of my kitchen are even worse. The one positive thing I have to say is that the contractors who did the countertops were very respectful of me & my home and worked very hard. Please do yourself a favor and go with another business. I think my pictures show enough proof of the unprofessional results don't make the same mistakev
