  • This hotel is five stars in every way, but and yes there is a but, the air conditioning in the room is just too darn loud. Everything else about this new Tempe Marriott is perfect. From the smell to the décor, this place is great. The motel is located right across the street from the north side of Sun Devil Stadium. A perfect location if you ever plan on going to a game. The parking during your stay is only $14 with in and out privileges which is a steal given I saw game parking at $40 just down the street. The rooms were so comfortable with bedding to die for. My family loved the showers and restrooms. The flat screen televsion was great and gave you the ability to log in to your netlfix or hulu accounts. We were provided with a lake view room which made you feel like for at least one day you were not being scorched in the Arizona desert. There is a pool and gym located on the six floor that offers amazing views. There was a European breakfast buffet for $15, but we elected to pass at that given the price point. Overall a real hidden gem in Tempe I hope stays a secret. I will stay here again and again if I here at some point that they fix the loud A/C that does make it hard to hear the television and sleep. They have to find a way to muffle the sound and when they do, this place is a perfect five stars that I would recommend to everyone.
