  • Really really work on your bar customer service. Lauren (blonde hair) is the only one who gets it. Soooo many people behind the bar but not attentive of the customers. My to go food was cold and the bartender had no idea of how long it was even there. Really annoyed of weak service, and won't spend my money where customer service isn't valued. It's 2018 i need to be "wowed" something to make me come back..i can cook at home or go anywhere in South End.
