  • My first time experience with Advantage: I use rentals at Sky Harbor all the time with no problems. Booked a rental through a 3rd party site and upon arrival to pick up my rental the experience alone was a disaster, and of course communication with Advantage staff was not helpful and blame the 3rd party site, supervisor was less helpful was was dismissive of my concern in the effort to remedy but "policy prohibit" for any remedy. Bottom line: will never use Advantage again and always read your fine print
