  • Aside from being incredibly rude the staff here is incompetent and cannot even spell names or addresses correctly. When corrected they said "would you like to see the address for that one too?" As if they were sour about having done something simple incorrectly. Not to mention the package I had being held was not even in the system after getting a note telling me it was here. I just want my package. That's it. I don't get how this place can hire people that are illiterate to track packages. My suggestion don't ever use this location if you can avoid it. In fact don't ever use UPS.
