  • We purchased our Coach from Camping World sight unseen, a scary prospect. However Hector couldn't have treated us better. He informed us about everything. The coach was used and we were told it had front end damage that the body shop was going to take care of. He sent us pictures so we would know exactly what happened. The repair was going to take 6 weeks. We were also told the coach was in like new condition. Hector was transferred during our waiting period and we were turned over to Sten. Both these men went out of their way to answer all our questions. You make a call to them and they answer, send a text and one would come back immediately. Nice to be treated like you are so important. Finally the day came for the coach to be transported to Portland. Mike in Vegas called to let us know there was a little scuff mark on a seat and we could have it repaired and they would be happy to pay for it. When we did the walk thru we noticed a couple of other issues. No problem taken care of no questions asked. The coach is beautiful, the body work on the front is flawless. What a refreshingly positive experience. If I ever buy another RV I am heading to Vegas. Thanks so much.
