  • Horrible customer service ! I got a reminder email that my dog was ready for his check up and teeth cleaning . I called and the gal fired off first thing it won't be until mid October as we only have one dr that does surgeries . She followed up after I was not happy with well you can bring him in twice , now for shots and next month for cleaning ! Now I'm really unhappy and explained how this was bad customer service and she gave me the number to the power store . My girlfriend would rather drive 30 mikes one way than ever take her dog here either !
