Beware of this hotel! Quality Suites in Tempe is committing fraud. I pre-paid for two rooms for two days for my employees. When my employees arrived they were told my card had been declined for the second room and they would need to provide a credit card to pay for this. My employee even showed the reservation email to the hotel manager and the manager decided to double the price of the rooms, he said Travelocity shows the wrong rates. My employee notified me that my card was declined; my card has never been declined. This hotel manager is committing fraud and ripping off consumers. He lied to my employees to extort more money from them. Travelocity requested the hotel refund my employee in full, this has not happened. Why is Travelocity allowing this hotel to continue to rip-off consumers? I spoke to the hotel manager and he said he would not honor my reservation, he would not give us the two rooms we had paid for, and he could not keep his story straight. Stay away, they are crooks!
