  • Looks aren't everything... I love this complex from the outside! It's a gorgeous property, beautiful landscaping, great location, quiet neighbors and seemed promising, at first. Front office staff is horrible they are not helpful and rude from in person to unprofessional phone etiquette. Don't bother asking them anything after you sign your lease. Can't wait till the lease is up on this place considering if you renew your lease they increase your rent. Horrible customer service considering the rent amount. *Only (pro) here and the only reason I give 1 is the new maintenance crew they have NOW are nice decent guys. They get to your work order in timely fashion sometimes all in the same day if not the next.
