I am not sure how they could have gotten a score of anything more than one star. In the beginning Candice in the office was very helpful and answered all my questions. But she is a false representation of how this company conducts business. When I spoke to Candice my movers would arrive in a window between 7am to 8am. The day before I got confirmation call which stated the window was 7am to 9am and would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. No big deal sometimes people relay inaccurate information. The day of my move at 833am no one had called so I called the office. They told there was something wrong with the truck and had to switch out trucks and would be there close to 930am. No apology no offer for my inconvenience nothing. After move they lost the screws to my bed and somehow my ladder mysteriously disappeared. After having a conversation when one of the movers who helped bring something down from a high ledge, I told him I had a ladder in which he responded it's already packed in the truck. But never got moved into my new apartment. Not to mention they still use paper to do credit transactions so they took 2 hard copies of my number, I had to change my cards that I used with them.
When I called to relay these issues to the office and it was clear they were going to make no attempt to resolve the issue except have a conference call w me and the movers and him. Um what? Ladder was $25 and the screws won't cost more than $5 once I am able to figure which screws I need even though I paid $423. But clear on paper they were late and no effort to offer anything for my inconvenience.
Go with some one who at least offers a time garauntee, that's a start with knowing they are legit!
