As far as Tim Hortons goes, this one is pretty good. There isn't a whole lot of seating if you want to relax, but that's because business people are the main clientele. The line can be horrendously long but it moves a lot faster than you'd think. However, that means that if you're not used to the fast & abrupt nature of the service, it can take you by surprise. They do remember your "usual" if you're by often enough (I'm not) so it's nice that way.
My complaint is that they seem to run out of products fairly early in the day. If I head down for a bowl of soup at 2pm they're usually all out and I end up at the Sunterra in Bankers Hall.
I'm also not a huge fan of the renovation - I think the system was less confusing beforehand, but I'm really not frequent enough a visitor to say for sure.
