  • Do not plan on getting Any deposit money back. My deposit was 1,300 dollars and miraculously .... My charges were 1,300 dollars! They would not answer my calls for an explanation. Most all of the money was listed under "Miscellaneous" in the letter. I sent them a registered letter and still no answer. The good news is they will NEVER check up on you or bother you. The bad news is it's hard to get them there. We were without a/c for 10 days.
