rev:text	Dear Customers If your like me that u don't make your payment on time becuz u homeless or living with other families don't rent here plz ....I rented here Aug 13,2017 and Sept 27 or 28th I called to see how much I owed cuz I was going to go pay it the girl say we just sold it yesterday I started to cry I've been rent for two years we had so much stuff my son's games I had a 70"tv I paid over 2000.00 my son's Wii u special addition with well more than $3,000 in games and movies and Blu-rays sofa accost me$1,500 and my clothes and my kids clothes and horseshoes we actually lived out of the storage... Mark is the store manager I've been trying to get ahold of him leaving my number my name my last name never got a call from him so I call the main company again cuz this is my second time calling they were the ones that gave me the name of Mark and then I called again and they gave me his supervisor which I cannot remember his name at this moment but I also called him and he never returned my call this place really sucks with customer service they sell your stuff and don't let you know or if they can't get ahold of you they just sell your storage the thing is that I've been renting for U-Haul and for extra space for over two years also and they never ever sold my stuff they even let me go past 90 days and I have no problem and I pay them all the money so if you're going to rent please make sure that you go to U-Haul U-Haul is the best and then extra space they're okay because they don't take off any fees but U-Haul helps you U-Haul is the best one make sure you go to U-Haul they don't sell your stuff and if they can't back get back to you because you're homeless and there's no way for them to get him back of you there will not sell your stuff make sure that you know this that they keep your stuff for at least over three months my children have been crying and we lost everything so just make sure that this doesn't happen to you do not rent at Public Storage...........super bad customer service by the way I'm for reals I'm not faking this and I'm not trying to make them look bad they just make themselves look bad cuz I can't even get any answers
