  • Do NOT rent a helium tank from this store. I rented one on Saturday 10/31/15, they take all your credit card information and write it down on a carbon copy form, give you a yellow copy and then they tell you to be SURE to get the white copy when you bring the tank bank so you don't get charged the $150 fee for keeping the tank. When we returned 2 days later on Monday, they pulled out a small beat up accordion file off of a shelf, where they had jammed everyone's credit card information! Mind you, this was not out of a locked register, or preferably a safe, but right there off a back shelf where anyone could have had access to it. When the sales associate couldn't find it anywhere, she did at least apologize and called a store manager, who walked up and helped her look, but she never spoke or apologized for what was going on. We repeated complained about the unsafe manner in which they kept their customer's credit card receipts, again, the only apology was from the clerk - NOT the store manager, Veronica. While they were looking we had two other small items that we needed to return that totaled about $6.00, which they didn't want to do because we forgot our receipt. We obviously purchased from them, we had their tank. After standing there several more minutes WE had to suggest that they really ought to make our return after all they put us through on the tank. They grudgingly did it, again, with no apology about anything. They finally said they would go through their store video and see where the clerk put the receipt for the tank and took my cell phone number and said they would call that afternoon. Big surprise, NO PHONE CALL! Probably the worst customer service I've ever seen and the fact that they do not secure their customers credit card information is outrageous! I'm canceling the card I used there, they can't be trusted. If I could give this store an even lower rating I would. BEWARE!
