  • I've lived here for 3 years and is definitely over priced! Let's start- Pros Attached garages Plenty of parking Nice layouts Nice part of henderson Maintenance Guys are great Cons Over priced rent Paper thin walls Garage isn't included in the rent its $60more a month even though it's attached to your unit. Fronts gates don't work Lights always out around the buildings Gates to pool are always broken and teenagers that don't live there anymore hangout all night. Always new office workers with attitude Be aware when you move out- they will find any little thing to charge you Alarm in the unit always gives problems and beeps out of no where Carpet is old The heater is connected to the water heater, so can't take a shower when your heater is on or the water will be so hot. Everything is always directed to their corporate office which is in San Diego and they are the worse to deal with
