| - My husband and I have eaten at many, many pho places and decided to stop here during our trip in Vegas bc of the 4 stars. Restaurant was clean, ambiance was inviting, hostess greeted and seated us right away. I ordered the house special pho for $12. It came with ribeye, flank, tripe, tendon and meatballs, so the works. Husband wanted the same thing, but without tripe and tendon. When our food came out, everything looked amazing. As we started eating, we kept finding HUGE pieces of ribeye slices in our bowls and if you've eaten at any pho restaurant before, you know that the meat slices are thin and able to be eaten without having to cut it apart first. Bc we had to cut it up first, we didn't really care to even eat the meat. I also found a few pieces of ribeye bone fragments in mine which def wasn't a good thing. Afterwards when our bill came out, I was charged $12 for mine, however hubs was charged $16 for his which didn't make sense bc his bowl of pho was exactly similar to mine but without tripe and tendon. What the waitress did was charge him for a ribeye pho ($10) and then did an add on of tendon (extra $3) and another add on on meatballs (another extra $3). Not sure how she thought that made sense, but overall, wouldn't return since the pho was not up to par.
